Relación del estado nutricional con hábitos alimentarios, estado de ánimo y socioeconómico de los pacientes atendidos en ES PC ITS - VIH/SIDA, del Hospital Regional de Loreto 2015- 2016

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la correlación entre el Estado Nutricional con Hábitos Alimentarios, Estado Ánimo y socioeconómico de los pacientes con VIH/SIDA atendidos en ES PC ITS-VIH/SIDA del Hospital Regional de Loreto, 2015-2016. Siendo el estado nutricional un claro indicador de fragilidad en los pacientes con VIH/SIDA, ya que influye en la capacidad de afrontar las enfermedades oportunistas teniendo consecuencia en su recuperación. La investigación fue cuantitativa, no experimental, descriptiva, retrospectiva y correlacional, con una muestra de 103 fichas nutricionales, historias clínicas psicológica y estudio social de pacientes con diagnóstico VIH/SIDA que ingresaron a la estrategia de prevención y control de las infecciones de transmisión sexual VIH/SIDA entre octubre 2015 a marzo 2016. Se utilizó el Cuestionario de Frecuencia de Consumo de Alimentos Cualitativos, para determinar el hábito alimentario de los pacientes. Para el análisis bivariado, se utilizó la prueba estadística Chi cuadrado para variables categóricas y para variables ordinales se usó la Prueba Tau c de Kendal. Los resultados indican que existe correlación entre el estado nutricional con los hábitos alimentarios y estado socioeconómico. Además, existe una mayor prevalencia de casos notificados en sexo masculino, y para ambos sexos, el grupo etario con mayor caso notificado con VIH/SIDA es el grupo “joven”. En cuanto a la condición laboral revela que, 65% son independientes, 13.6% son contratados, desempleados 13.6%, eventual 7.8%.

The objetive of this investigation was to determinate the relation between Nutritional State and Nutritious Habits, emotional states and socialeconomic State of the Patients with HIV/AIDS who were atended in ES PC STI-HIV/AIDS of Hospital Regional of Loreto, 2015-2016. Being the nutritional state a clear indicator of weakness for the Patients with HIV/AIDS,because it influences in the capacity to confront oportunist diseases having consecuences in the recuperation. Having in count that the investigation was a quantitative tipe, it was not experimental, it was descriptive, retrospective and correlative, being the poblation all the patients that presente nutricional Files, Psycology clinic history, and Social Study of the patients with HIV/AIDS that had to be admitted to the Prevention Strategy and Sexual Transmission Infections Test HIV/AIDS in the period of October 2015 to March 2016. Also was used the frecuency cuestionary of Cualitative food consumption, for determinate the nutricional states oh the patients. For this dependet and independe variables, was used the Univariate analysis, for categorities variables was used Test Chi Squar, and in case to analyze the la relation to ordinal variables, it used The Test Tau C of Kendal. The result was that exist a relation with the nutricional states with nutricional habit and socioeconomic state, also that exist prevailing in cases notificates with HIV/AIDS is the “Young Grup”. As for the work condition reveals that, 65% are independent, 13.6% are Contracted, unemployed 13.6%, eventual 7.8%. We conclude that the hypothesis is accepted.
