La tenencia del niño y su principio de interés superior

Abstract

Problema: Cuál es la relación entre la tenencia del niño y su principio de interés superior. Objetivo: Determinar cómo es la relación entre la tenencia del niño y su principio de interés superior. Material y métodos: Se aplicó un instrumento estructurado de 6 items una muestra de 30 abogados, el diseño fue no experimental transversal. Resultados. Se encontró entre la tenencia del niño y su principio de interés superior x2= 13,07>3,84; p=0,00<0,05. Conclusiones: Existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre el interés superior del niño, determinados por la normas nacionales e internacionales, con la legalidad de la tenencia; sin embargo, en el contexto real, el requerimiento es diferente.Problem: What is the relationship between the tenance of child and his higher principle interest.
