Mejora y desarrollo de un sistema de información del proceso de autorizaciones de ingreso y salida de materiales y personal a las instalaciones de Petroperú – refinación selva 2017

Abstract

El presente estudio fue realizado en las instalaciones de Petroperú a través de la unidad de Servicios Informáticos que se encarga de brindar soluciones tecnológicas y de infraestructura informática, con la finalidad de superar las deficiencias de proceso de autorizaciones de salida e ingreso de materiales, ingreso de contratistas y salida de personal de la empresa (SISTEGRADO). El objetivo de la presente fue determinar si la implantación de un sistema de información basado en tecnología Responsive Web Desing (RWD), permite reducir las deficiencias de los procesos de autorización de salida de materiales y personal, tanto de la empresa como de las contratistas, de las instalaciones de PETROPERU – Refinación Selva 2017. La variable independiente fue sistema de información de Petroperú y la variable dependiente fue proceso de autorización de entrada y salida del personal y materiales a las instalaciones de Petroperú - Refinería Selva 2017. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa, aplicada y explicativa no experimental. El diseño fue con intervención no experimental y aplicada, en función de los objetivos, pregunta e hipótesis de investigación; con pre y pos test. Para evaluar la mejora del SISTEGRADO la población estuvo constituido por todos los tiempos de estos procesos en el año 2017; la muestra fue por conveniencia, los tiempos registrados de septiembre a diciembre. Con un nivel de significancia del 0.05, se concluye que la implantación de un Sistema de Información basado en tecnología Responsive Web Desing (RWD), redujo las deficiencias de los procesos de autorización de salida de materiales y personal, tanto de la empresa como de las contratistas, de las instalaciones de PETROPERU – Refinación Selva 2017.

The present study was carried out in facilities Petroperú through the Computer Services Unit, which is responsible for providing technological and computer infrastructure solutions, with the aim of overcoming the shortcomings of the process of exit and entry of materials authorizations, income of contractors and departure of personnel of the company (SISTEGRADO, initials in Spanish). The purpose of this was to determine if the implementation of a Information System based on Responsive Web Desing (RWD) technology, allows to reduce the deficiencies of the output of materials and personnel authorization processes, both the company and the contractor to facilities PETROPERU – Refinación Selva 2017. The independent variable was Petroperú information system and the dependent variable was the authorization process of entry and exit of personnel and materials to Petroperú facilities – Refinación Selva 2017. The investigation was non-experimental explanatory, quantitative and applied type. The design was with intervention not experimental and applied, depending on the objectives, questions and research hypotheses; with pre and post-test. To assess the SISTEGRADO improvement population was formed by all the times of this process in 2017; the sample was by convenience, times recorded from September to December. With a significance level of 0.05, it was concluded that the implementation of an information system based on Responsive Web Desing (RWD) technology, reduced the deficiencies of the output of materials and personnel authorization processes, both the company and the contractor to facilities PETROPERU – Refinación Selva 2017.
