Aplicación del software Matlab como instrumento de enseñanza de matemática en estudiantes del I ciclo de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como problema general ¿Cómo influye la aplicación del software Matlab como instrumento de enseñanza en el aprendizaje de la matemática, en los alumnos del I Ciclo de Ingeniería de Sistemas, de la Universidad de la Amazonia Peruana y el objetivo general fue Demostrar la influencia de la aplicación del software Matlab como instrumento de enseñanza en el aprendizaje de la matemática, en los estudiantes del I ciclo académico de la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática de la Universidad Nacional De La Amazonia Peruana 2017. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada con un nivel explicativo, dado que en este tipo de trabajo se buscó realizar la relación causa efecto, y donde la variable independiente (uso del software Matlab) influyó en la variable dependiente(rendimiento académico en Matemática), el diseño fue experimental: cuasi experimental, con grupo de control y grupo experimental, con grupos intactos. La muestra estuvo conformada por 64 estudiantes, donde se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico intencional con grupos intactos. Se aplicó la técnica de la evaluación que consistió en recopilar la información de la muestra de estudio. En la investigación se ha encontrado que la aplicación del software Matlab influye significativamente en el rendimiento académico en matemática en estudiantes del I ciclo de la carrera de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional De La Amazonia Peruana 2017, con un nivel de significancia de p = 0.000 <0.05.

The present work had as a general problem how the application of the Matlab Software as an instrument of teaching in learning of mathematics , influences the students of the I cycle of systems engineering of the national University of the Peruvian Amazon and the objective general was to demonstrate the influence of the application of Matlab Software as an instrument of teaching in the learning of mathematics , in the students of I academy cycle of the professional school of systems engineering and informatics of the national university of the Peruvian amazon 2017. The type of application was applied with an explanatory level, given that this type of work was intended to perform the relationship cause effect, where the independent variable (use of Matlab software) influenced the dependent variable (academic performance in mathematics), the experimental design was quasi- experimental with control group and experimental group with intact groups. The sample consisted of 64 students, where an intentional non probabilistic sampling was applied with intact groups. The evaluation technique applied that consisted in compiling the information of the Matlab Software was significantly influenced in academic performance in mathematics in students of the I cycle of the engineering career of the national university of the Peruvian amazon 2017 with a level of significance of p=0.000 <0.05.
