Estilo de liderazgo del director y participación de los docentes en la gestión institucional, Colegio Aplicación – Unap - 2017

Abstract

La investigación tuvo por objetivo, analizar la relación entre el estilo de liderazgo del Director de la Institución Educativa Colegio Aplicación - UNAP; se utilizó el diseño no experimental, tipo correlacional, con una muestra de 38 docentes que trabajan en la institución educativa, a quienes se les aplico dos encuestas cuestionario para recoger los datos de ambas variables para análisis de la información se utilizó el programa estadista SPSS V. 20, el tratamiento estadístico se hizo con el coeficiente Tau-b de Kendall = 0,465 donde indica una correlación positiva moderada entre ambas variables. Esta relación entre ambas variables estilo de liderazgo del Director en la gestión institucional los docentes encuestados del Colegio Aplicación, manifestaron que el, 55,3% (21) que consideran como bueno el estilo de Liderazgo del Director tienen un alto nivel de participación docente, mientras que 21,1% (8) que consideran como malo el estilo de Liderazgo del Director tienen bajo nivel de participación docente.

The objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between the leadership style of the Director of the Educational Institution Colegio Aplicacion - UNAP; the non-experimental design was used, correlational type, with a sample of 38 teachers working in the educational institution, to whom two questionnaire surveys were applied to collect the data of both variables for analysis of the information, the SPSS V statistic program was used 20, the statistical treatment was done with Kendall's Tau-b coefficient = 0.465 where it indicates a moderate positive correlation between both variables. This relationship between the two variables of leadership style of the Director in the institutional management teachers surveyed the College Application, said that, 55.3% (21) who consider as good the style of leadership of the Director have a high level of teacher participation, while 21.1% (8) that consider the Director's leadership style as bad have a low level of teacher participation.
