Gestión Logística y Productividad Laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, año 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación que lleva como título “Gestión Logística y Productividad Laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, Año 2018”, tuvo como principal objetivo, determinar la relación entre la gestión logística y la productividad, pues fue una investigación de tipo no experimental de diseño descriptiva - correlacional, donde seevaluó el proceso de formación y desarrollo y su relación con la productividad de la institución, mediante el análisis y la descripción de la realidad en su contexto natural, sin manipular las variables, para ello se tomó una población compuesta por 330 trabajadores, de los cuales 178 personas conformo la muestra, a quienes finalmente se aplicó una encuesta como instrumento de recolección de datos, para posteriormente procesar la información en los programas estadísticos, los cuales se analizo e interpreto, obteniendo como resultados que existe una inadecuada gestión logística, pues los colaboradores no cuentan con herramientas apropiadas, además casi nunca utilizan sistemas para inventariar los bienes, la cual perjudica el registro de activos fijos, también se ha determinado que el sistema de distribución presenta dificultades como proceso de almacenamiento, por otro lado se ha determinado un bajo nivel de productividad ya que existe personal con poco conocimientos sobre la ubicación de los materiales, no utilizan adecuadamente los equipos, destinándolo a la función para la cual fue creada, casi nunca programan las actividades que desarrollara en su labor diaria, finalmente tras interpretar los resultados se concluyó lo siguiente, la gestión logística se relaciona significativamente con la productividad laboral, la que se puede constatar con el coeficiente de correlación de 0,791 siendo este un índice aceptable, pues se deduce que al no existir una adecuada gestión logística en la institución repercute considerablemente en la productividad.

The present investigation that takes like title "Logistic Management and Labor Productivity in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista, Year 2018", had like main objective, to determine the relation between the logistic management and the productivity, because it was a non-experimental research of descriptive - correlational design, where the process of formation and development was evaluated and its relation with the productivity of the institution, by means of the analysis and the description of the reality in its natural context, without manipulating the variables, for this a population was taken composed of 330 workers, of which 178 people conformed the sample, to whom a survey was finally applied as an instrument of data collection, to later process the information in the statistical programs, which were analyzed and interpreted, obtaining as a result that exists inadequate logistical management, because collaborators do not count with appropriate tools, in addition they almost never use systems to inventory goods, which harms the registration of fixed assets, it has also been determined that the distribution system presents difficulties as a storage process, on the other hand a low level of productivity has been determined since there are personnel with little knowledge about the location of the materials, they do not adequately use the equipment, assigning it to the function for which it was created, almost never schedule the activities that will be developed in their daily work, finally after interpreting the results it was concluded that Next, logistics management is significantly related to labor productivity, which can be seen with the correlation coefficient of 0.791, which is an acceptable index, since it can be deduced that, given that there is no adequate logistics management in the institution, it has a considerable impact on productivity.
