Efecto de la titulación de tierras en hogares rurales del distrito de Indiana, provincia de Maynas, región Loreto. 2018

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en las comunidades de Indiana, Varadero y Sinchicuy, distrito de Indiana, provincia de Maynas, región Loreto. El objetivo fue determinar los efectos de la titulación de tierras en hogares rurales del distrito de Indiana. La información se obtuvo directamente de las personas, por medio de una ficha de encuesta y también se recolectó datos, previa revisión de las mismas en los archivos del DISAFILPA (Dirección de Saneamiento Físico y Legal de la Propiedad) ex Proyecto Especial de Titulación de Tierras (PETT) del Ministerio de Agricultura, así como datos en oficinas de las instituciones presentes en la zona. La muestra estuvo conformada por 42 personas distribuidas en las tres comunidades en estudio, se optó por una muestra de conveniencia, ya que las características de estas poblaciones no presentan grandes diferencias con respecto al objetivo de la investigación. Se concluye que existen efectos sociales, económicos y ambientales positivos de la titulación de tierras en la zona de estudio, en cuanto a efectos sociales: las personas cuentan con el título de propiedad de sus predios que les permite tener seguridad jurídica sobre la tierra. Los efectos económicos resaltantes es la obtención de ingresos económicos por otros rubros productivos como la crianza de peces y el cultivo de cacao, caña y hortalizas. Mantienen áreas productivas entre 1 a 6 has en las cuales desarrollan tecnologías nuevas y cuenta con alguna infraestructura para sus cultivos o crianzas. Como efectos ambientales sobresalen aspectos como dejar en descanso o “barbecho” los suelos (tiempo mayor a 7 años), mantienen cultivos de cobertura en el suelo, conservan bosques primarios en sus terrenos de donde extraen lo necesario y practican actividades de reforestación con especies comercialmente valiosas de árboles.

The research is development in the communities of Indiana, Varadero and Sinchicuy Lodge, District of Indiana, Maynas Province, Loreto region. The objective was to determine the effects of land titling in rural households in the District of Indiana. The information was obtained directly from the people, by means of a survey and also collected data, prior review of the same in the archives of the DISAFILPA (Address of physical and legal title to the property former Special Land Titling Project (PETT) of the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as data in the offices of the institutions present in the area. The sample consisted of 42 people distributed in the three communities in study, opted for a convenience sample, because the characteristics of these populations do not show large differences with regard to the objective of the investigation. It was concluded that there are social, economic and environmental effects of land titling in the study area, in terms of social effects: people have title to their land that allows them to have legal security of tenure. The economic effects is the obtaining of economic income for other productive as the fish breeding and cultivation of cocoa, sugar cane and vegetables. Maintain productive areas between 1 to 6 ha in which develop new technologies and features some infrastructure for their crops or livestock farming. How to protrude aspects such as environmental effects leave at rest or "fallow" soils (more than 7 years), maintain cover crops in soil, retain primary forests on their land where extracted as needed and practice reforestation activities with commercially valuable species of trees.
