Gestión académica y liderazgo docente del Instituto Superior Pedagógico "Fray Florencio Pascual Alegre" Requena – Loreto - 2018

Abstract

Esta investigación establece la relación entre la gestión académica y liderazgo docente del Instituto Superior Pedagógico “Fray Florencio Pascual Alegre. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo con un diseño descriptivo Correlacional y se sustenta en los métodos de investigación hipotético – deductivo. La población y muestra estuvo constituida por 21 docentes y 2 directivos. La técnica de investigación fue la encuesta y el análisis documental. El instrumento de recolección de datos que se utilizó fue el cuestionario, la ficha de observación y récord académico. Para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 22. Obteniendo los siguientes resultados en la gestión académica, según el desarrollo curricular, el 18.7% en promedio muy frecuentemente cumplen sus objetivos de aprendizaje referente al sistema de evaluación, el 55.2% en promedio frecuentemente cumplen sus objetivos de aprendizaje referente al mecanismo de ingreso y trabajo de los estudiantes, el 21.1% ocasionalmente cumplen los objetivos de aprendizaje y el 3.7% raramente cumplen los objetivos de aprendizaje. En la variable liderazgo docente referente al entusiasmo, el 17.9% en promedio muy frecuentemente existe entusiasmo en el trabajo referente al profesor, quien se preocupa por introducir métodos nuevos que faciliten el aprendizaje del alumno, el 44.9% en promedio frecuentemente existe un entusiasmo en el trabajo referente al profesor. quien manifiesta ilusión por su trabajo, 29.5% en promedio ocasionalmente manifiesta un entusiasmo en el trabajo y el 7.7% en promedio raramente manifiesta un entusiasmo en el trabajo. Se concluye: La gestión académica tiene una relación significativa con el liderazgo docente del Instituto Superior Pedagógico “Fray Florencio Pascual Alegre González” Requena – Loreto - 2018 (p < 0.000, Rho Spearman = 0.778 correlación positiva considerable).

This research establishes the relationship between the academic management and teaching leadership of the pedagogical institute "Fray Florencio Pascual Alegre. In the teacher leadership variable referring to enthusiasm, 17.9% on average very often there is enthusiasm in the work regarding the teacher is concerned with introducing new methods that facilitate student learning, 44.9% on average there is often an enthusiasm in the Work related to the teacher shows illusion for his work, 29.5% on average occasionally shows enthusiasm at work and 7.7% on average rarely shows enthusiasm at work. It is concluded: The academic management would have a significant relationship with the teaching leadership of the Pedagogical Higher Education Institution “Fren Florencio Pascual Alegre González” Requena – Loreto - 2018 (p <0.000, Rho Spearman = 0.778 considerable positive correlation).
