Abstract
Brassica sinensis L. “Col china”.
The research was developed in the facilities of the Horticultural Plant Teaching and Research Workshop of the Faculty of Agronomy of the UNAP, Zungarococha, south of Iquitos, with the objective of determining the influence of the age of transplant on the agronomic characteristics and yield of the cultivation of Brassica sinensis L. "Chinese cabbage". The Design of Random Complete Blocks (DBCA) was used, with 4 treatments and 4 blocks, with a total of 16 plots. From the observations made it is concluded that the age of the transplant does influence the agronomic characteristics and yield of Brassica sinensis L. "Chinese cabbage", being the treatment (T3) whose transplant was carried out after 29 days, which presented the highest weight of head/plant (980 g.) and greater weight of plant (1400 g.), likewise he had the highest head/ha yield with 39200 Kg / ha., followed by the transplant at 36 days, with 35200 Kg/ha, then the transplant at 22 days (T2), with 29600 Kg/ha and finally the transplant at 15 days (T1), with 29320 Kg/ha. In the same way, Treatment (T3) turned out to be the most profitable, having a utility of S/.29421.00/ha., Followed by transplantation at 36 days (T4), with S/..25421.00/ha, then the transplant to the 22 days (T2), with S/.19821.00/ha and the least profitable being the transplant at 15 days (T1), with S/.19541.00/ha.
