Abstract
El propósito de la investigación fue comparar nivel de satisfacción según sexo en pacientes adultos de la facultad de odontología de una universidad pública de Iquitos- 2018. La investigación fue cuantitativa, no experimental, correlacional trasversal. La población estuvo constituida por 85 individuos adultos de 18 a más de 55 años, atendidos en la clínica dental. El instrumento utilizado es el Servqual. Los resultados más importantes fueron: No existe relación entre el sexo y los elementos tangibles (expectativa p=0,832; satisfacción p=0,831).No existe relación entre el sexo y la fiabilidad (expectativa p=0,735; satisfacción p=0,727).No existe relación entre el sexo y la capacidad de respuesta (expectativa p=0.709; satisfacción p=0,437).No existe relación entre el sexo y la seguridad (expectativa p=0,511; satisfacción p=0,732).No existe relación entre el sexo y la empatía (expectativa p=0,743; satisfacción p=0,632). No existe relación entre la edad y los elementos tangibles (expectativa p=0,067; satisfacción p=0,531).No existe relación entre la edad y la fiabilidad (expectativa p=0,178; satisfacción p=0,984).No existe relación entre la edad y la capacidad de respuesta (expectativa p=0,908; satisfacción p=0,672).No existe relación entre la edad y la seguridad (expectativa p=0,488; satisfacción p=0,834).No existe relación entre la edad y la empatía (expectativa p=0,899; satisfacción p=0,168).
The purpose of the research was to compare the level of satisfaction according to sex in adult patients of the dentistry faculty of a public university in Iquitos-2018. The research was quantitative, not experimental, cross-correlational. The population was constituted by 85 adult individuals from 18 to more than 55 years old, assisted in the dental clinic.
