Abstract
Esta investigación establece la relación de la gestión directiva y la
supervisión educativa en los docentes de la Institución educativa “Mariscal
Oscar R. Benavides” de Iquitos en el año 2018. La investigación
corresponde al tipo cuantitativo, y se sustenta en los métodos de
investigación hipotético – deductivo. La población estuvo conformada por
176 docentes, la muestra se calculó mediante el uso de un muestreo
aleatorio simple siendo la muestra de 120 docentes, la técnica de
investigación fue la encuesta. El instrumento de recolección de datos que
se utilizó fue el cuestionario que se aplicó a la gestión directiva y la
supervisión educativa. Para el procedimiento de datos, se utilizó el
paquete estadístico SPSS versión 23, obteniéndose los siguientes
resultados: variable gestión directiva, el 63,3% manifiesta que la gestión
directiva fue deficiente y el 36,7% manifiesta que fue eficiente. Variable
supervisión educativa, el 17,5% manifiesta que la a veces hubo
supervisión educativa y el 82,5% manifiesta que nunca hubo supervisión
educativa. Se concluye: Existe relación significativa entre la gestión
directiva y la supervisión educativa en los docentes de la Institución Educativa “Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides” – Iquitos (p= 0,000 < 0,05, Rho
Spearman =0,831 correlación positiva muy fuerte).
This research establishes the relationship of management and educational supervision in the teachers of the educational institution "Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides" of Iquitos in 2018. The data collection instrument that was used was the questionnaire that was applied to management and educational supervision. For the data procedure, the statistical package SPSS version 23 was used, obtaining the following results: directive management variable, 63.3% state that managerial management was deficient and 36.7% state that it was efficient. Variable educational supervision, 17.5% said that sometimes there was educational supervision and 82.5% state that there was never educational supervision. It is concluded: There is a significant relationship between management and educational supervision in the teachers of the Educational Institution "Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides" - Iquitos (p = 0.000 <0.05, Rho Spearman = 0.831 very strong positive correlation).
