Grado de satisfacción académica de los alumnos de la clínica integral del adulto II y clínica integral geríatrica de la facultad de odontología de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana - 2018

Abstract

La Facultad de Odontología (F.O.) de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana (UNAP), tiene como uno de sus fines “Formar profesionales de alta calidad de manera integral y con pleno sentido de responsabilidad social de acuerdo a las necesidades de la región”. Para lograr alcanzar esta finalidad, la satisfacción académica de los alumnos debe ser el centro gravedad de los servicios educativos impartidos en las diferentes asignaturas del respectivo currículum. Es esto lo que motivó la presente investigación a fin de mejorar los servicios educativos básicamente de las asignaturas de la Clínica Integral del Adulto II (CIAII) y Clínica Integral Geriátrica (CIG) de la F.O. – UNAP 2018 – II con el propósito de que los directos beneficiados sean los alumnos. En tal sentido se planteó la siguiente interrogante ¿Cuál es el grado de satisfacción académica de los alumnos de la Clínica Integral del Adulto II y Clínica Integral Geriátrica de la F.O. – UNAP 2018 – II? En esa dirección el objetivo fue determinar el respectivo grado de satisfacción académica. La hipótesis fue que el grado de satisfacción académica de los alumnos de la Clínica Integral del Adulto II y Geriátrica de la F.O. UNAP 2018 – II es bastante satisfecho. El trabajo fue abordado desde el enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación fue observacional, analítico, prospectivo y transversal; con diseño transeccional– descriptivo no experimental; la población estuvo constituido por 40 alumnos, 19 de CIAII y 21 de la CIG. La conclusión relevante es que el grado de satisfacción académica de los alumnos de la CIAII y CIG es satisfecho.

The Faculty of Dentistry (FO) of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon (UNAP), has as one of its fines "To train high quality professionals in an integral way and with full sense of social responsibility according to the needs of the region”. To achieve this goal, student academic satisfaction must be the center of gravity of the educational services provided in the different subjects of the respective curriculum. This is what motivated the present investigation in order to improve the educational services analyzed of the subjects of the Integral Clinic of Adult II (CIAII) and Geriatric Integral Clinic (CIG) of the F.O. - UNAP 2018 - II with the purpose that the direct beneficiaries are the students. In this sense, the following question was asked: What is the degree of academic satisfaction of the students of the Integral del Adult II clinic and Geriatric Integral Clinic of the F.O. - UNAP 2018 - II? In that direction the objective was to determine the respective degree of academic satisfaction. The hypothesis was the degree of academic satisfaction of the students of the Integral Clinic of Adult II and Geriatric of the F.O. UNAP 2018 - II is quite satisfied. The work was approached from the quantitative approach, the type of research was observational, analytical, prospective and transversal; with non-experimental descriptive transectional design; The population consisted of 40 students, 19 from CIAII and 21 from the CIG. The relevant conclusion is that the degree of academic satisfaction of the CIAII and CIG students is satisfied.
