Abstract
El 31 de diciembre del 2019 se reportó el brote de una de neumonía letal atípica de
diferentes grados de severidad en la ciudad China de Wuhan; siendo identificado
el agente causal como el Coronavirus 2 del Síndrome Respiratorio Agudo
grave o SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), caracterizado por ser altamente infeccioso y
virulento. En una situación sin precedentes el 11 de marzo 2020 a tan solo 101 días
de su reporte inicial; la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), la califico como
una pandemia mundial COVID-19 la que en estos momentos los casos confirmados
a nivel mundial superaban los 118 000 esparcido en 114 países y con 4,291
fallecidos (1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8)

En Perú se reporta el 1
er caso el 06 de marzo y el 17 del mismo en nuestra ciudad
de Iquitos; tratándose de un hombre de 52 años, trabajador del sector turismo y que
tuvo contacto con un numeroso grupo de personas asíntomaticas que procedían
del extranjero.

Ya instalado el estado de emergencia a nivel nacional y con las medidas sanitarias
ya puestas en marcha en nuestra localidad; el 19 de abril antes de un mes de
registrado el primer caso COVID 19, se hizo un llamado por parte la DIRESA a todo
personal de salud voluntario, capaz de ayudar en el Hospital Regional de Loreto
HRL-COVID ante el eminente colapso, con un promedio de 50 ingresos diarios, 300
pacientes hospitalizados y reportandose alrededor de 10 muertes por día. Es en en
estas circunstancia en mi condición de Bachiller de Medicina; sintiendome capaz
de demostrar mis capacicidades aprendidas en la Facultad de Medicina Humana
de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana FMH-UNAP, acudo al llamado
desesperado de las autoridades de salud de la región y en consecuencia motivan
la presentación de este Informe de Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional.

In an unprecedented situation on March 11, 2020 just 101 days after its initial report; The World Health Organization (WHO), classified it as a global COVID-19 pandemic, which at this time the confirmed cases worldwide exceeded 118,000 spread in 114 countries and with 4,291 deaths. (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) In Peru, the 1st case is reported on March 6 and on March 17 in our city of Iquitos; in the case of a 52-year-old man, a worker in the tourism sector who had contact with a large group of asymptomatic people who came from abroad. Already installed the state of emergency at the national level and with the sanitary measures and implemented in our town; On April 19, before a month after the first COVID 19 case was registered, DIRESA made a call to all volunteer health personnel, capable of helping at the Loreto Regional Hospital HRL-COVID in the face of the eminent collapse, with an average of 50 daily admissions, 300 hospitalized patients and reporting around 10 deaths per day. It is in these circumstances in my condition of Bachelor of Medicine; Feeling capable of demonstrating my skills learned at the Faculty of Human Medicine of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon FMH-UNAP, I go to the desperate call of the health authorities of the region and consequently they motivate the presentation of this Sufficiency Work Report Professional
