Determinación del estado de la capital total (total quality management - TQM) en la empresa industrial Iquitos SAC. Loreto - Perú. 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, se realizó con el objetivo de conocer el estado actual de la empresa Industrial Iquitos SAC respecto a la calidad total (Quality Management – TQM), tratando de establecer si esta cumple con los principios establecidos por Deming o determinar cuántos de ellos se vienen cumpliendo en la empresa sometida al estudio. La investigación es de tipo cualitativo, basada en la recolección de información en base a visitas, entrevistas y encuestas. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se tiene que: La alta gerencia obtuvo un calificativo de a 47,75 de puntaje, lo que le permite ubicarse entre el 40% y 60% de la escala de calificación, esto significa según la normativa que cumple con el sistema de global de la calidad. Referente a los trabajadores, los resultados otorgaron un calificativo ubicado en el rango de 30 a 60 % de la escala de calificación, lo que implica que cumple con los objetivos y los trabajadores se encuentran dispuestos a aprender para resolver las significativas deficiencias y cumplir con los requisitos exigidos para el logro de la calidad total. This research work was carried out with the objective of knowing the status of the Industrial Iquitos SAC Company with respect to total quality (Quality Management - TQM), trying to establish whether it complies with the principles established by Denning or determine how many of them are being fulfilled in the company under study. The research is of a qualitative type, based on the collection of information based on visits, interviews and surveys. According to the results obtained: Top management obtained a score of 47.75, which allows to be located between 40% and 60% of the rating scale, this means according to the regulations that the global quality system does comply with the global quality system. Regarding the workers, the results gave a rating located in the range of 30 to 60% of the rating scale, which implies that if the objectives are met and the workers are willing to learn to resolve the significant deficiencies and comply with the requirements demanded for the achievement of total quality.
