Abstract
In the present research work "Physical, Chemical and Bacteriological Evaluation of the waters of the Amazon River in the area of Barrio Florido - District of Punchana - Province of Maynas - Region Loreto", the conditions in which the water resource of the area under study as it is important for aquatic life, as well as for the health of the inhabitants who live on the river bank. The study is framed in the type of descriptive-comparative research since two samplings are carried out at different times (Increasing and Emptying). Setting four points of study. Where the Physical and Chemical determinations are carried out in the UNAP Chemical Analysis laboratory, where it is concerned about obtaining representative results, as is the case of temperature, acceptable values were presented in the two stations: Increasing (25 ° C.). Emptying (27 ° C.). An acceptable pH was also obtained, whose values are within the LMP, in all the monitored stations: Increasing (pH = 6.9; 7.0; 7.1 and 7.1), and Emptying (pH = 7.18 ; 7.27; 7.34 and 7.39). These waters of brown-black color, due to their Amazonian origin, however, it is advisable to keep controlled with regard to the parameters, required by Peruvian legislation (D.S. N ° 015-2015-MINAM) and the WHO. However, another parameter is the turbidity that present very high values (Increasing = 35.0 NTU and Emptying = 132.89 NTU). Dissolved Oxygen presents very low values to those indicated in the RCTs (Increasing = 2.3 mg / L and Empty = 2.38 mg / L). Bacteriological determinations are carried out in the Microbiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Food Industries, where the results obtained also show us the conditions in which the water is found and it is in these conditions that this resource is used.
