Abstract
El proyecto de investigación fue para relacionar los factores como nivel
sociocultural, nivel de depresión y presión arterial en el Estado Nutricional de
gestantes del tercer trimestre atendidas en la IPRESS San Juan, Loreto
2020. Fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental con diseño
correlacional y de corte transversal con un total de 80 gestantes, mediante
encuestas se determinó los factores socioculturales y nivel de depresión; los
indicadores antropométricos y bioquímicos para determinar el estado
nutricional. Se encontró con respecto al índice de masa corporal
pregestacional el 22.5% esta con sobrepeso, 13.8% con obesidad y el 6.3%
bajo peso; y la ganancia de peso, el 46.25% bajo, el 17.50% alto; la altura
uterina, 3.75% es bajo, el 12.50% es alto; además el 11.25% presentan
anemia; con presión arterial bajo el 92.50% y el 1.25% alto; Se encontró que
el 51% tienen factores socioculturales inadecuados; se obtuvo que el 71%
están con depresión. Por lo que se llegó a la conclusión que existe relación
en los factores como nivel sociocultural, nivel de depresión y presión arterial
que influyen en el estado nutricional en las gestantes el tercer trimestre
atendidas en la IPRESS San Juan, Loreto 2020.
The research project was to relate factors such as socio-cultural level, level of depression and blood pressure in the Nutritional Status of pregnant women in the third trimester attended in the IPRESS San Juan, Loreto 2020. It was a quantitative approach, non-experimental with a correlational design and a cross section with a total of 80 pregnant women. Through surveys, sociocultural factors and level of depression were determined, as well as anthropometric and biochemical indicators to determine nutritional status. It was found that 22.5% are overweight, 13.8% are obese and 6.3% are underweight; and the weight gain was 46.25% low, 17.50% high; the uterine height was 3.75% low, 12.50% high; besides, 11.25% present anemia; 92.50% have low blood pressure and 1.25% high. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a relationship between factors such as sociocultural level, level of depression and blood pressure that influence the nutritional status of pregnant women in the third quarter of the IPRESS San Juan, Loreto 2020.
