Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la anemia y la infección de sitio operatorio en pacientes cesareadas atendidas en hospital Essalud III, Iquitos, 2018 – 2019. Materiales y Métodos: La investigación, responde al diseño no experimental transversal, descriptivo correlacional, la Población estuvo conformada por 102 pacientes sometidas a cesárea atendidas en el servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital EsSalud III Iquitos Muestra se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia siendo la muestra igual que la población la cual fue 102 pacientes sometidas a cesárea atendidas en el servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital EsSalud III. Técnica revisión documentaria. Instrumento: lista de verificación (historias clínicas). Resultados: en la edad materna el grupo más representativo fue el de adulta joven 79,4 % (81), la estatura más predominante de la paciente cesareadas en 96,1% (98) fue > 1,50 (talla normal) y la procedencia de las pacientes en 91,2% (93) fueron de la zona urbana. Conclusiones: Existe relación significativa entre la anemia y la infección de sitio operatorio en pacientes cesareadas atendidas en hospital Essalud III, Iquitos, 2018 – 2019
Objective: To determine the relationship between anemia and surgical site infection in cesarean patients treated at Essalud III hospital, Iquitos, 2018 - 2019. Materials and Methods: The research responds to the non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational design, Population It was made up of 102 patients undergoing cesarean section attended in the Gyneco-Obstetrics service of the Hospital EsSalud III Iquitos Sample was used non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, the sample being the same as the population which was 102 patients undergoing caesarean section attended in the service of Gynecology-Obstetrics of the EsSalud III Hospital. Documentary review technique. Instrument: checklist (medical records). Results: in maternal age, the most representative group was young adult 79.4% (81), the most predominant height of the cesarean patients in 96.1% (98) was> 1.50 (normal height) and origin of the patients in 91.2% (93) were from the urban area.
