Evaluación de la gestión de proveedores en la Empresa K.L. Import Export Perú S.A.C., de la ciudad de Iquitos, año 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada: “Evaluación de la gestión de proveedores en la empresa K.L. Import Export Perú S.A.C., de la ciudad de Iquitos, año 2018”, tuvo como objetivo general evaluar la gestión de proveedores de dicha empresa, siendo el tipo de investigación descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental; la población y muestra estuvo constituida por 28 trabajadores entre hombres y mujeres que laboran más de dos años en dicha empresa, se utilizó como técnica la recolección de datos a la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento apropiado para estos fines. Llegando a las siguientes conclusiones que: Tras la evaluación de la gestión de proveedores en la empresa K.L. Import Export Perú S.A.C., de la ciudad de Iquitos, en el año 2018, se ha logrado determinar que esta viene desarrollándose de manera deficiente, principalmente debido a la mala planificación de la evaluación y selección de los proveedores, situación que ha perjudicado al resto de procesos. Asimismo, se logra identificar que la fase de planear se ha visto perjudicado, por ende, en la fase hacer se evidencia que no se desarrolla adecuadamente el sistema de gestión de calidad del proveedor. Por otro lado, en la fase de verificar, se logra evidenciar que no se realiza adecuadamente los planes de acción derivados de las evaluaciones. Import Export Peru SAC, of the city of Iquitos, in 2018, has been able to determine that it is developing poorly, mainly due to poor planning of the evaluation and selection of suppliers, a situation that has harmed the rest of processes likewise, it is possible to identify that the planning phase has been damaged, therefore, in the doing phase it is evident that the supplier's quality management system is not properly developed. On the other hand, in the verification phase, it is possible to show that the action plans derived from the evaluations are not properly carried out. Finally, in the phase of acting, great deficiencies are evident, since the company does not manage efficiently the information of the suppliers.
