Abstract
El presente estudio retrospectivo, observacional, tiene como objetivo medir la
evaluación de la calidad de vida en los pacientes con diagnóstico de
enfermedad renal crónica estadio V, que reciben sesiones de hemodiálisis
regulares, quienes sufrieron infección por coronavirus- 19 (COVID 19),
confirmado por laboratorio (PCR, IgM, IgG), y por Imagen (TAC de tórax),
durante los meses de junio a noviembre del 2020, en el Hospital Regional de
Loreto, el instrumento utilizado es el cuestionario de calidad de vida KDQOLSF36,
se toma como muestra a todos los pacientes de la unidad de hemodiálisis,
que cumplen los criterios de inclusión, siendo la población adulta, en su
mayoría varones, con múltiples comorbilidades, y enfermedades concomitantes
siendo de mayor influencia la hipertensión arterial, diabetes mellitus y
enfermedades cardiacas, quienes son probablemente las que ejerzan mayor
influencia sobre la calidad de vida, en el estudio se miden tres dimensiones
como son la calidad de función física, la función Psicológica y la función
Social. En cuanto a la evaluación de la percepción de salud física que es la que
mayor cambio presenta se mide el aspecto físico como persona, cuanto afecta
sus actividades diarias en su hogar, en su trabajo, y su entorno; en cuanto al
aspecto Psicológico de esta población se evalúa los cambios emocionales,
motivacionales, y perspectivas de vida en su futuro; en cuanto al aspecto social
se evalúa la relación que lleva con el entorno que lo rodea, con la sociedad sea
en el campo laboral, educativo, o recreativas. Las personas con enfermedad
renal asociados a la infección por el COVID- 19 hoy en día se han convertido
en población de con mayor vulnerabilidad en cuanto a su calidad de vida el cual
requiere mayor estudio.
The present retrospective observational study aims to measure the evaluation of the quality of life in patients diagnosed with stage V chronic kidney disease, who receive periodic hemodialysis sessions, who suffer from laboratoryconfirmed coronavirus- 19 (COVID 19) infection (PCR, IgM, IgG), and by image (chest TAC), during the months of June to November 2020, at the Regional Hospital of Loreto, the instrument used is the KDQOL-36 quality of life questionnaire, all patients in the hemodialysis unit, who meet the inclusion criteria, are taken as a sample, being the adult population, mostly men, with multiple comorbidities, and concomitant diseases, with arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus and diseases of greater influence heart, which are probably the ones that exert the greatest influence on quality of life, the study measures three dimensions such as the quality of physical function, the psychological function and the social function. Regarding the evaluation of the perception of physical health, which is the one that presents the greatest change, physical appearance as a person is measured, how much it affects their daily activities at home, at work, and their environment; Regarding the psychological aspect of this population, the emotional and motivational changes and life prospects in their future are evaluated; Regarding the social aspect, the relationship that it has with the environment that surrounds it is evaluated, with society, whether in the labor, educational, or recreational fields. People with kidney disease associated with COVID-19 infection today have become the most vulnerable population in terms of their quality of life, which requires further study
