Abstract
Esta investigación tuvo como problema general ¿De qué manera influye el
procedimiento disciplinario sancionador de la ley servir 30057 en las faltas
administrativas en los trabajadores de la Dirección Regional de Educación de
Loreto del año 2019? El objetivo general Determinar la influencia del
procedimiento disciplinario sancionador de la ley servir 30057 en las faltas
administrativas en los trabajadores de la Dirección Regional de Educación de
Loreto del año 2019. El tipo de estudio fue descriptivo correlacional con diseño
no experimental correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 25
trabajadores administrativos de la Dirección Regional de Educación de Loreto
que tienen proceso administrativo. Se planteó la Hipótesis principal la correcta
aplicación del procedimiento disciplinario sancionador de la ley servir 30057
influye significativamente en las faltas administrativas en los trabajadores de
la Dirección Regional de Educación de Loreto del año 2019. Contrastación y
aceptación de la hipótesis general.
Así mismo, se encontró que los trabajadores administrativos de la Dirección
Regional de Educación de Loreto 2019, tuvieron un adecuado procedimiento
disciplinario y sancionador según la Ley Servir N°30057 representado con
(73%), también tuvieron faltas administrativas, representado con (74%)
teniendo mayor incidencia el incumplimiento injustificado en el horario de
trabajo (75%) y el acoso sexual (75%).
This investigation had as a general problem, in what way does the disciplinary sanctioning procedure of the law serve 30057 influence administrative offenses in the workers of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto in 2019? The general objective To determine the influence of the disciplinary sanctioning procedure of the law to serve 30057 in the administrative offenses in the workers of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto of the year 2019. The type of study was descriptive correlational with non-experimental correlational design. The sample consisted of 25 administrative workers from the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto who have an administrative process. The main hypothesis was raised the correct application of the disciplinary sanctioning procedure of the law to serve 30057 significantly influences the administrative offenses in the workers of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto in 2019. Contrasting and acceptance of the general hypothesis. Likewise, it was found that the administrative workers of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto 2019, had an adequate disciplinary and sanctioning procedure according to the Servir Law No. 30057 represented with (73%), they also had administrative offenses, represented with (74% ), with a higher incidence of unjustified non-compliance with working hours (75%) and sexual harassment (75%).
