Aplicativo informático para el control de pagos de clientes de la Escuela Nacional de Estadística e Informática

Abstract

The main objective of this research project is to develop a computer application that allows the efficient control of Payments and the adequate information of the courses of the National School of Statistics and Informatics of Loreto, to develop it the quantitative and Note sheet of the response time of attention with an application level, supported by a data collection methodology, whose design of the pre-experimental research and for this the study population is shown that will be made up of clients or students interested in studying courses in the national computer science school, from where he sampled 15, whose sampling was for convenience. The technique to be developed for the data collection of the dependent variable, payment control management of the courses of the National School of Statistics and informatics will be the structured survey to measure the level of user satisfaction and the time record sheet using the timer to measure the efficiency of the collection operations using the implemented application and finally it was concluded in: The computer application was developed and implemented that allowed to carry out efficiently the control of Payments and the adequate information of the courses of the National School of Statistics and Informatics and The Research Hypothesis is accepted "If, the software application is implemented then it will improve the control of customer payments of the National School of Statistics and Informatics."

Este proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar un Aplicativo informático que permita efectuar de manera eficiente el Control de Pagos de clientes de la Escuela Nacional de Estadística e informática de Loreto, para desarrollarlo se tuvo en cuenta el enfoque cuantitativo y ficha de notas del tiempo de respuesta de atención con un nivel aplicativo, apoyado en una metodología de recolección de datos, cuyo diseño de la investigación preexperimental y para ello se muestro la población de estudio que estará conformada por los clientes o estudiantes interesados en estudiar cursos en la escuela de informática nacional, de donde muestreara 15 , cuyo muestreo fue por conveniencia. La técnica a desarrollar para el levantamiento de datos de la variable dependiente, control de pagos de clientes de la Escuela Nacional de Estadística e Informática, será la encuesta estructurada para medir el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios y la ficha de registros de tiempos utilizando el cronometro para medir la eficiencia de las operaciones de cobro utilizando el aplicativo implementado y finalmente se llegó a concluir en: Se Desarrolló e Implementó el Aplicativo informático que permitió efectuar de manera eficiente el Control de Pagos de Clientes de la Escuela Nacional de Estadística e Informática y Se acepta la Hipótesis de la Investigación “Si el aplicativo informático se implementa entonces mejorará el control de pagos de clientes de la escuela nacional de estadística e informática”.
