Delito de trata de personas con fines de explotación laboral en la provincia de Maynas, 2014-2019

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine how the crime of trafficking in persons affects the province of Maynas, for the purpose of labor exploitation, in the years 2014-2019, consequently, the research hypothesis was: The crime of trafficking in people with labor exploitation purposes is on the increase in the province of Maynas. The research corresponds to the descriptive research method. The general design of the research was the non-experimental cross-sectional descriptive type. The population was made up of citizens who in some way have a direct or indirect relationship with respect to the crime of trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation, the sample was carried out in a non-random way for convenience. The results show that the crime of human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation. it is increasing in the province of Maynas. Likewise, the validity coefficient of the instrument used was 87.30.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar de qué manera incide el delito de trata de personas en la provincia de Maynas, con fines de explotación laboral, en los años 2014-2019, en consecuencia, la hipótesis de investigación fue: El delito de trata de personas con fines de explotación laboral va en aumento en la provincia de Maynas. La investigación corresponde al método de investigación descriptiva. Diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo transversal. La población estuvo conformada por ciudadanos que de alguna manera tienen relación directa o indirecta con circunstancia vinculadas respecto a nuestro tema investigado, la muestra se realizó en forma no aleatoria por conveniencia. Los resultados demuestran que, el delito de trata de personas con fines de explotación laboral va en aumento en la provincia de Maynas. Así mismo el coeficiente de validez del instrumento utilizado fue de 87.30.
