Nivel de cultura de ahorro en el vendedor del mercado Teniente Manuel Clavero Muga - Punchana 2020

Abstract

The general objective of this research work was to determine the level of savings culture in the market merchant Teniente Manuel Clavero Muga of the Punchana district. The research, due to its approach, was quantitative, prospective strategy, simple descriptive level and non-experimental research design. The study population is made up of eighty-two (82) merchants of the different product sales categories, who are dedicated to daily sales and are registered in the official register of market merchants. The sample consisted of Forty-eight (48) merchants, who were present at the time of the application of the data collection instrument, inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken into account, the technique used was the survey and the The instrument applied was the questionnaire, which consisted of twenty questions. The data obtained through the data collection instrument was analyzed taking into account the objectives and the research hypothesis and later expressed in a Basic Data Matrix (MBD). The information was analyzed, processed and tabulated through the statistical package Startical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25. The results expressed that 17.4% of merchants had a very low saving level, 17.4% a low level, 45.7% a medium level and 19.6% a high level, therefore has a medium level of savings culture.

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de cultura de ahorro en el vendedor del mercado Teniente Manuel Clavero Muga del distrito de Punchana. La investigación, por su enfoque, fue cuantitativa, de estrategia prospectiva, de nivel descriptivo simple y de diseño de investigación no experimental. La población de estudio está constituida por ochenta y dos (82) vendedores de los distintos rubros de venta de productos, que se dedican al expendio diario y se encuentran registrados en el padrón oficial de vendedores del mercado. La muestra estuvo constituida por Cuarenta y ocho (48) vendedores, los cuales, estuvieron presentes al momento de la aplicación del instrumento de recolección de datos, se tuvo en cuenta criterios de inclusión y exclusión, la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y el Instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario, el cual consistía en veinte preguntas. Los datos obtenidos a través del instrumento de recolección de datos, fue analizada teniendo en cuenta los objetivos y la hipótesis de investigación y posteriormente expresados en una Matriz Básica de Datos (MBD). La información fue analizada, procesada y tabulada a través del paquete estadístico Startical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versión 25. Los resultados expresaron que el 17,4 % de vendedores tienen un nivel de ahorro muy bajo, el 17.4% un nivel bajo, el 45.7% un nivel medio y el 19.6% un nivel alto, por lo tanto, tienen un nivel de cultura de ahorro medio.
