Nivel de implementación del sistema contable computarizado en Comercial Importadora Ferretera Del Amazonas SAC de la ciudad de Iquitos 2021

Abstract

The present study aimed to determine the level of implementation of the computerized accounting system in Comercial Importadora Ferretera del Amazonas SAC of the city of Iquitos, 2021, being a descriptive research with a non-experimental design, which was made up of 23 workers, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire for the collection of information was used, concluding that the information technology in accounting management is very deficient, this because the program does not present the capacity to record and control large amount of information, making it difficult to detect possible errors. At the same time, the functionality of the accounting system is regular, since, occasionally, the system makes it difficult to record accounting entries that are used on a day-to-day basis, at the same time executing the process for updating and processing information is difficult, which makes it even more difficult to extract official reports. Regarding the characteristics of the accounting program, it is classified as regular. Finally, the execution of the accounting program is regular, since deficiencies have been identified in the start-up and loading of accounting software, security code, data entry and financial statement reporting. In general, the level of implementation of the computerized accounting system was determined.

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de implementación del sistema contable computarizado en Comercial Importadora Ferretera del Amazonas SAC de la ciudad de Iquitos, 2021, siendo una investigación de tipo descriptiva con un diseño no experimental, la cual estuvo conformado por 23 trabajadores, se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario para la recolección de información, concluyendo que, la informática en la gestión contable es muy deficiente, esto debido que el programa no presenta la capacidad de registrar y controlar gran cantidad de información, por lo que dificulta detectar posibles errores. Al mismo tiempo la funcionalidad del sistema contable es regular, dado que, de manera ocasional el sistema dificulta el registro de asientos contables que se utilizan en el día a día, al mismo tiempo la ejecución de proceso para la actualización y procesamiento de información es dificultoso, lo cual, dificulta aún más la extracción de informes oficiales. En cuanto a las características del programa contable es calificado como regular. Finalmente, la ejecución del programa contable es regular, ya que se ha identificado deficiencias en el inicio y carga de software contable, clave de seguridad, la digitación de información y el reporte de los estados financieros. En general, se determinó el nivel de implementación del sistema contable computarizado.
