Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral en la DIRESA Loreto - 2017

Abstract

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the organizational weather and job performance in DIRESA Loreto, 2017. To obtain the results of the study, the following sequence of study structure will be followed. Provides an overview of everything involved in the research question and provides an overview of the work; describing and formulating general and specific questions, and aspects such as general and specific goals. The theoretical basis is presented, establishing the research background, the theoretical basis and the conceptual framework on which the work is based. This refers to the research methodology. The description of the hypothesis, the type and design of the study, the techniques and methods of data analysis, the operationalization of the variables and the study population are the basis so that a clear idea is offered about the way in which the work was carried out to arrive at the final results.

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en la DIRESA Loreto, 2017. Para obtener los resultados del estudio, se seguirá la siguiente secuencia de estructura de estudio. Brinda una visión general de todo lo involucrado en la pregunta de investigación y brinda una visión general del trabajo; formulando, describiendo y formulando preguntas generales y específicas; y aspectos como metas generales y específicas. Se presenta la base teórica, estableciendo los antecedentes de investigación, la base teórica y el marco conceptual sobre el que se sustenta el trabajo. Hace referencia a la metodología de la investigación. La descripción de la hipótesis, el tipo y diseño del estudio, las técnicas y métodos de análisis de datos, la operacionalización de las variables y la población de estudio son la base de modo que se ofrece una idea clara sobre la forma en que se trabajó para llegar a los resultados finales.
