Gestión de la felicidad y su relación con el desempeño laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, 2021

Abstract

The present research work aimed to determine if the management of happiness is related to job performance in the San Juan Bautista District Municipality, 2021. The methodology that was applied was descriptive and cross-sectional, since through the information of the object of study only once at a specific time. The research was correlational, because it sought to know the elements that are part of the variables and it is intended to know the degree of relationship that these variables present. The study sample consisted of 50 people who work in the San Juan Bautista District Municipality, these being the ones that are directly linked to the study variables. After developing the investigation, it was possible to conclude that: The management of happiness was positively related to job performance in the San Juan Bautista District Municipality, since in the results it was obtained that the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient presented a value of 0.870 **and the sigma (two-sided) was 0.000. Likewise, there was a positive relationship between the management of happiness and innovation in the San Juan Bautista District Municipality, because in the results it was obtained that the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient had the value of 0.731** and the sigma ( two-sided) is 0.000.

El presente trabajo de investigación pretendió determinar si la gestión de la felicidad se relaciona con el desempeño laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital San Juan Bautista, 2021. La metodología que se aplico fue de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal, ya que a través de la información del objeto de estudio una única vez en un momento en específico. La investigación fue correlacional, debido a que se buscó conocer los elementos que forman parte de las variables y se pretende conocer el grado de relación que presentan dichas variables. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 50 personas que laboran en la Municipalidad Distrital San Juan Bautista, siendo estas las que están vinculadas directamente con las variables de estudio. Después de desarrollar la investigación se logró concluir que: La gestión de la felicidad se relacionó positivamente con el desempeño laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital San Juan Bautista, ya que en los resultados se obtuvo que el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman presento un valor de 0,870**y el sigma (bilateral) fue de 0,000. Asimismo, existió una relación positiva entre la gestión de la felicidad y la innovación en la Municipalidad Distrital San Juan Bautista, debido a que en los resultados se obtuvo que el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman tuvo el valor de 0.731**y el sigma (bilateral) es de 0,000.
