Sistema de opinión estudiantil y su relación con el desempeño docente en la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana

Abstract

The purpose of this research work is to develop and implement a student opinion system to measure teaching performance at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2020, this research is of an application type with a descriptive-correlational level, whose design was non-experimental and of type transactional, the study sample was made up of 13 ordinary teachers from the Faculty of Systems Engineering and Informatics of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon. In the collection of information, the survey method was used, making use of the personal interview technique through two evaluation sheets. Concluding that there is no significant relationship between the student opinion system and teaching performance at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon. Managing to accept the Null hypothesis: "There is no relationship between the Implementation of a student opinion system and teaching performance at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2020" and consequently the Research Hypothesis is rejected: "If there is a relationship between the Implementation of a student opinion system and teaching performance at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2020”.

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito desarrollar e Implementar Sistema de opinión estudiantil para medir el desempeño docente en la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana 2020 , esta investigación es de tipo aplicativa con nivel descriptivo - correlacional, cuyo diseño fue el no experimental y de tipo transaccional, la muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 13 docentes ordinarios de la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana. En la recolección de información se empleó el método de la encuesta haciendo uso de la técnica de la entrevista personal a través de dos fichas de evaluación. Llegando a concluir que no existe relación significativa entre el sistema de opinión estudiantil y el desempeño docente en la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana. Logrando aceptar la hipótesis Nula: “No existe relación entre la Implementación de un sistema de opinión estudiantil y el desempeño docente en la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana 2020” y en consecuencia se rechaza la Hipótesis de la Investigación: “Si existe relación entre la Implementación de un sistema de opinión estudiantil y el desempeño docente en la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana 2020”.
