dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research work was to evaluate compliance with the Institutional Operational Plan of the Regional Hospital of Loreto for the achievement of institutional objectives, period 2020, for which the type of quantitative research with non-experimental design and type of research has been developed. descriptive transactional design; The study population consisted of 31 workers involved in the process, that is, officials, administrative personnel and health professionals of the Regional Hospital of Loreto, in addition to observing the management documents that correspond to the Institutional Operational Plan; It was concluded that the level of execution of the operational activity of the articulated nutritional program was not adequate due to the fact that the Loreto Regional Hospital became a Covid-19 Hospital, a fact that generated the suspension of care in external clinics due to provision of the Ministry of Health; however, the financial goals were executed at 98% motivated by regulatory provision that the financial balances of the programs could be executed to attend to the emergency by Covid-19 and in the other operational activities the physical and financial goals were met within the expected despite the restrictions arranged by the authorities motivated by the health emergency caused by COVID-19, highlighting the operational activity of the Prevention and Management of Secondary Health Conditions program in people with disabilities with a physical goal execution of 131%.en_US
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como principal objetivo Evaluar el cumplimiento del Plan Operativo Institucional del Hospital Regional de Loreto para el logro de los objetivos institucionales, periodo 2020, para lo cual se ha desarrollado el tipo de investigación cuantitativa con diseño no experimental y tipo de diseño transaccional descriptivo; la población de estudio fueron 31 los trabajadores involucrados en el proceso, es decir funcionarios, personal administrativo y profesionales de la salud del Hospital Regional de Loreto, además de observar los documentos de gestión que corresponde al Plan Operativo Institucional; se llegó a la conclusión de que el nivel de ejecución de la actividad operativa programa articulado nutricional no fueron las adecuadas debido a que el Hospital Regional de Loreto se convirtió en Hospital Covid-19, hecho que generó la suspensión de las atenciones en consultorios externos por disposición del Ministerio de Salud; sin embargo, las metas financieras se ejecutaron al 98% motivados por disposición normativa que se podían ejecutar los saldos financieros de los programas para atender la emergencia por el Covid-19 y en las demás actividades operativas las metas físicas y financieras se cumplieron dentro de lo esperado a pesar de las restricciones dispuesto por las autoridades motivadas por la emergencia sanitaria por el COVID-19 destacando la actividad operativa del programa Prevención y Manejo de Condiciones Secundarias de Salud en personas con discapacidad con una ejecución de meta física de 131%.es_PE
