Evaluación potencial maderable del bosque local Mahuizo, distrito de Sarayacu, provincia de Ucayali, región Loreto, Perú

Abstract

This thesis work was carried out with the annual operating plan 01 (Poa 01) of the local forest "mahuiso", which is located in the district of Sarayacu, Province of Ucayali, Region Loreto. Peru. The area of the local forest is 500 ha, the specific area of the study was 124.9 ha. The proposed objectives were to identify the floristic composition of commercial species; determine the Importance Value Index (IVI) of the species of the forest under study; define the possible uses of registered commercial species; and present proposed guidelines for the management plan. For the 100 % forest inventory, the Systematic Strip Design was used, with 20 sampling units of 50 m wide x 12,000 m long; For the collection of field data in the forest inventory, commercial trees ? 40 cm DBH in each sampling unit were considered. The results indicate that 04 commercial species have been registered in 04 botanical families, the most representative being Capirona decorticans "capirona". The potential use of the identified species is: they are sawmill, construction, fuel, parquet, tablets, medicinal, crafts.

El presente trabajo de tesis se realizó con el plan operativo anual 01 (Poa 01) del bosque local “mahuiso”, que se encuentra ubicada, en el distrito de Sarayacu, Provincia de Ucayali, Región Loreto. Perú. El área del bosque local es de 500 ha, el área especifica del estudio fue de 124.9 ha. Los objetivos planteados fueron identificar la composición florística de las especies comerciales; determinar el Índice de Valor de Importancia (IVI) de las especies del bosque en estudio; definir los posibles usos de las especies comerciales registradas; y presentar propuestas de lineamientos para el plan de manejo. Para el inventario forestal al 100 % se utilizó el Diseño Sistemático de fajas, con 20 unidades de muestreo de 50 m de ancho x 12000 m de largo; para la toma de datos de campo en el inventario forestal se consideró a los árboles comerciales ? 40 cm de DAP en cada unidad de muestreo. Los resultados indican que se han registrado 04 especies comerciales en 04 familias botánicas, siendo la más representativa la Capirona decorticans “capirona”. El uso potencial de las especies identificadas es: son aserrío, construcción, combustible, parquet, tablillas, medicinal, artesanía.
