Planificación estratégica y desempeño laboral en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Ramón Castilla, año 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between strategic planning with work performance in the local educational management unit of Ramón Castilla, by 2023; the type of research is correlational, non-experimental design and quantitative approach, the sample is 30 workers, the result obtained is 0.745**, Pearson's correlation is considerable positive, its sigma (bilateral) equal to 0.000. Regarding variables 1 and 2, it allows us to affirm that 100% of workers are in the good category. This work concludes that there is a significant relationship between Strategic Planning and the Labor Performance of the workers of the UGEL of Ramón Castilla, year 2023.

El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la relación entre la Planificación estratégica con desempeño laboral en la unidad de gestión educativa local de Ramón Castilla, al 2023; el tipo de investigación es correlacional, diseño no experimental y de enfoque cuantitativo, la muestra es de 30 trabajadores, el resultado obtenido es de 0,745**, la correlación de Pearson es positiva considerable, su sigma (bilateral) igual a 0,000. En cuanto a las variables 1 y 2, nos permite afirmar que el 100% de trabajadores se encuentran en la categoría de bueno, Este trabajo concluye que existe relación significativa entre Planificación estratégica y el Desempeño Laboral de los trabajadores de la UGEL de Ramón castilla, año 2023.
