Percepción del servicio aseo urbano y su relación con el grado de satisfacción del usuario Iquitos 2021

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the level of perception of the urban cleaning service in the city of Iquitos and compare it with the degree of user satisfaction and the research hypothesis was the level of perception regarding the urban cleaning service and the level of user satisfaction are variables correlated with each other, The research had a quantitative and correlational approach, we worked with a random sample of 169 individuals, the results report that the level of perception was negative and the degree of user satisfaction is dissatisfaction . Likewise, it is reported that the variables under study such as perception of urban cleaning service and user satisfaction are variables correlated with, with 99 % reliability, thus contrasting the research hypothesis.

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue la de determinar el nivel de percepción del servicio de aseo urbano de la ciudad de Iquitos y cotejarlo con el grado de satisfacción del usuario y la hipótesis de investigación fue el nivel percepción respecto al servicio de aseo urbano y el nivel de satisfacción del usuario son variables correlacionadas entre sí, La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo y del correlacional, se trabajó con una muestra aleatorias de 169 individuos , los resultados reportan que el nivel de percepción fue negativo y el grado de satisfacciones del usuario es de insatisfacción , Así mismo se reporta que las variables en estudio como son percepción de servicio de aseo urbano y satisfacción del usuario son variables correlacionadas entre , con 99 % de confiabilidad , contrastando de esta manera la hipótesis de investigación.
