Gestión de presupuesto y cumplimiento de metas para el mantenimiento de infraestructura hospitalaria en el Hospital Regional de Loreto Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine budget management and compliance with goals for the maintenance of hospital infrastructure in the regional hospital of Loreto "Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias", 2023. The type of research is descriptive and correlational, which consists of a sample of 79 workers from the study center, to whom the survey technique was applied and a questionnaire was used as an instrument. Where it is concluded that the relationship between budget management and compliance with goals for the maintenance of hospital infrastructure at the Regional Hospital of Loreto "Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias", 2023, is moderate.La presente investigación su objetivo de estudio, determinar la gestión de presupuesto y cumplimiento de metas para el mantenimiento de infraestructura hospitalaria en el hospital regional de Loreto «Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias», 2023. Siendo el tipo de investigación descriptivo correlacional, que consta de una muestra de 79 trabajadores del centro de estudio, a los cuales se les aplico la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario. Donde se concluye que la relación entre la gestión de presupuesto y cumplimiento de metas para el mantenimiento de infraestructura hospitalaria en el Hospital Regional de Loreto «Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias», 2023, es moderado.
