Abstract
Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general conocer el nivel de calidad de la gestión
educativa en el marco del proceso de la acreditación, en las instituciones educativas
estatales nivel secundaria, zona urbana distrito de Iquitos 2016; el trabajo de
investigación es de nivel descriptivo y el diseño no experimental; la población de
estudio fue de 17 instituciones educativas. El instrumento de recolección de
información fue un cuestionario aplicado a las unidades informantes: estudiantes,
docentes y directivos de las instituciones educativas. Los resultados indican que el
41,2 % de las instituciones educativas estatales, nivel secundaria, zona urbana
distrito de Iquitos 2016; el nivel de calidad de la gestión educativa es regular, en
cuanto a los indicadores el 76,5 % de las instituciones educativas en cuanto a la
dirección institucional es regular; el 76,5 % sobre el desempeño docente es
regular; el 52,9 % con relación al trabajo conjunto con las familias y la
comunidad es regular; el 47,1 % sobre el uso de la información es regular; y el
58,8 % en cuanto a la infraestructura y recursos para el aprendizaje es regular.
Conclusiones: el 76,5 % de las instituciones educativas estatales, nivel secundaria,
zona urbana distrito de Iquitos 2016; en cuanto a la dirección institucional es
regular; el 76,5 % de las instituciones educativas estatales, nivel secundaria, zona
urbana distrito de Iquitos 2016; en cuanto al desempeño docente es regular; el 52,9
% de las instituciones educativas estatales, nivel secundaria, zona urbana distrito de
Iquitos 2016; en cuanto al trabajo conjunto con las familias y la comunidad es
regular; el 47,1 % de las instituciones educativas estatales, nivel secundaria, zona
urbana distrito de Iquitos 2016; en cuanto al uso de la información es regular; el
