Clima organizacional y calidad de servicio de la Municipalidad Distrital de Punchana 2025

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine how the organizational climate is related to the quality of service in the District Municipality of Punchana 2025. The study was a basic, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample was taken from the entire population, i.e. all 50 employees of the municipality. The findings show that 60% of those surveyed rated the organizational climate variable as good, and 50.0% of those surveyed also rated the quality of service as good. Therefore, it is determined that there is a moderate and significant positive correlation between the variables with a coefficient of rho=542 and a sig. of p=0.000 (<0.05). Likewise, the autonomy dimension shows a coefficient and significance of rho=0.450 and p=0.000; similarly, the cohesion dimension shows a coefficient and significance of rho=0.546 and p=0.000; finally, the trust dimension shows a coefficient and significance of rho=0.737 and p=0.000; these dimensions have a direct relationship with service quality.

Esta investigación tuvo como propósito determinar cómo se relacionan el clima organizacional con la calidad de servicio de la Municipalidad Distrital de Punchana 2025. El estudio fue de tipo básico y de diseño no experimental transversal. Para la muestra se tomó a la totalidad de la población; es decir, se tomó a los 50 trabajadores de la Municipalidad. Los hallazgos demuestran que, en la variable clima organizacional el 60% de los encuestados lo calificó como buena; sobre la variable calidad de servicio, el 50,0% manifestó también que es bueno. Por tanto, se determina que entre las variables existe correlación positiva moderada y significativa por un coeficiente de rho=542 y una sig. de p=0,000 (<0,05). Asimismo, la dimensión autonomía presenta un coeficiente y significancia de rho=0,450 y p=0,000; del mismo modo, la dimensión cohesión muestra un coeficiente y significancia de rho=0,546 y p=0,000; por último, la dimensión confianza enseña un coeficiente y significancia de rho=0,737 y p=0,000; dichas dimensiones tienen una relación directa con la calidad de servicio.
