Sistema integrado de gestión administrativa y toma de decisiones en el área logística de la Ugel Maynas 2021

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Integrated Administrative Management System and decision making in the logistics area of Ugel Maynas 2021, therefore, it was developed under a descriptive-correlational type of study and non-experimental design, for which a sample of 28 collaborators with the same amount of population has been taken, for the data collection the survey was chosen, using the questionnaire as an instrument. Therefore, the research concludes that SIGA is perceived by employees as regular, because almost never the Integrated Administrative Management System allows an adequate requirement of goods and services, also, sometimes they have the real estate registry It allows you to have an adequate valuation and control of the accounting, as well as, they never use the SIGA WEB application to record the expenses, surrender and / or reimbursement of petty cash. In the same way, the collaborators state that decision-making is classified as regular, because sometimes they take enough time to analyze decisions, on the other hand, they state that the risks that could affect decision-making are never weighed, finally, sometimes alternatives are analyzed according to the results. The work concluded that there is a relationship between SIGA and decision making in a considerable and significant way (rho = .826; sig. = 0.000); the same happens with logistics (rho = .841; sig. = 0.000); patrimony (rho = .846; sig. = 0.000); and treasury (rho = .846; sig. = 0.000).

En la investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa y la toma de decisiones en el área logística de la Ugel Maynas 2021, por lo tanto, se desarrolló bajo un tipo de estudio descriptivo – correlacional y diseño no experimental, para lo cual se ha tomado una muestra de 28 colaboradores con la misma cantidad de población, para la recolección de datos se optó por la encuesta, utilizando como instrumento el cuestionario. Por lo tanto, la investigación concluye que, el SIGA es percibida por los colaboradores como regular, debido a que casi nunca el Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa permite realizar un adecuado requerimiento de bienes y servicios, asimismo, a veces tienen el registro de bienes inmuebles le permite tener una valorización y control de la contabilización adecuada, como también, nunca utilizan la aplicación WEB del SIGA para el realizar el registro de egresos, rendición y/o rembolso de caja chica. De igual modo los colaboradores manifiestan que la toma de decisiones es calificada como regular, debido a que a veces toman el tiempo suficiente para analizar decisiones, por otro lado, manifiesta que nunca se pondera los riesgos que podría afectar la toma de decisiones, por último, a veces se analizan alternativas de acuerdo a los resultados. El trabajo concluyo que, existe una relación entre el SIGA y toma de decisiones de manera considerable y significativa (rho=,826; sig.=0,000); de igual modo sucede con logística (rho=,841; sig.=0,000); patrimonio (rho=,846; sig.=0,000); y tesorería (rho=,846; sig.=0,000).
