Abstract
De la fracción etanólica del duramen de Swartzia polyphylla ADC “Cumaceba”, mediante partición de fases seguido de cromatografía de columna hemos aislado un solo compuesto isoflavonoidal en forma de agujas de color blanco que por medición de sus propiedades físicas y espectrométricas demostramos que se trata de Biochanina A (5,7 dihidroxi-4´metoxiisoflavona o genisteina 4´metil éter)
Isolation and determination of isoflavones of the duramen from Swartzia polyphylla ADC (Cumaceba). In the ethanolic fraction of the duramen from Swartzia polyphylla ADC (Cumaceba) we had isolated a isoflavone by means phase partition and Nextel column chromatography only a compound was separated and for measurement of physic and spectrometric properties the compound was identificated how biochanina A (5,7 dihydroxy-4´metoxyisoflavone orgenisteine 4´metil ether).
