Abstract
El presente trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional tuvo como objetivo brindar
cuidado de enfermería basado en el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería PAE
para contribuir en la recuperación de la salud del paciente con COVID-19 y
diabetes mellitus, hospitalizado en el servicio de Medicina del Hospital
Regional de Loreto. La metodología empleada fue el descriptivo estudio de
caso, y las técnicas empleadas fueron: Entrevista, observación, examen físico
y revisión documentaria y el instrumento el (PAE), utilizando las taxonomías II
de diagnósticos de enfermería de laNANDA; como resultado se identificaron
5 diagnósticos de enfermería. Los cuidados de enfermería planificados
brindados, así, como las intervenciones del equipo de salud contribuyeron a
la recuperación de la salud del paciente, egresando del hospital el 25 de mayo
2020 con presión arterial 120/60 mmHg, frecuencia cardiaca de 90 por minuto
frecuencia respiratoria de 18x’, temperatura 36.5°, saturación de oxígeno
94% y glucosa 150 mg/dl. En conclusión, el proceso de atención de
enfermería, constituye una herramienta fundamental en el cuidado holístico
integral de enfermería, que contribuye en la recuperación del paciente con
patología COVID–19 y diabetes mellitus.
The present work of professional sufficiency aimed to provide nursing care based on the nursing care process PAE to contribute to the recovery of the health of the patient with COVID-19 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, hospitalized in the Medicine service of the Regional Hospital of Loreto. The methodology used was the descriptive case study, and the techniques used were: interview, observation, physical examination and documentary review and the instrument the (PAE), using the taxonomies II of nursing diagnosesof the NANDA, as a result, 5 nursing diagnoses were identified. The planned nursing care provided, as well as the interventions of the health team contributed to the recovery of the patient's health, leaving the hospital on May 25, 2020 with blood pressure 120/60 mmHg, heart rate of 90 per minute, respiratory rate 18x 'and temperature 36.5°C, 94% oxygen saturation, glucose 150 mg/dl. In conclusion, the nursing care process constitutes a fundamental tool in comprehensive holistic nursing care,which contributes to the recovery of the patient with COVID-19 pathology anddiabetes mellitus.
