Atractivos turísticos culturales: Tipo histórico y nivel de satisfacción del turista en la ciudad de Iquitos periodo 2015

Abstract
La finalidad del presente estudio de investigación fue determinar la relación que
existe entre los atractivos turísticos culturales: tipo Histórico y el nivel de
satisfacción del turista en la ciudad de Iquitos, durante el periodo 2015.El tipo de
estudio fue descriptivo, diseño transversal correlacional. La población estudiada
constituyeron 67,643 turistas nacionales y extranjeros, la muestra fue de 382 turistas,
seleccionadas aleatoriamente. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó 2 instrumentos,
un cuestionario, para identificarlos lugares de atractivos turísticos cultural: tipo
Histórico visitados por el turista y una escala de tipo Likert, para medir el nivel de
satisfacción del turista frente a los atractivos históricos visitados y la técnica
empleada fue la entrevista. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: 74.4% de turistas
visitaron atractivos de arquitecturas, 61.0% los poblados típicos, 33.0% presenciaron
el Folklor, 25.6% visitaron los monumentales y 6.0% presenciaron las fiestas
tradicionales. El 73,8% manifestaron estar satisfechos de la arquitectura y
monumentales y 26.2% insatisfechos; y 63.0% manifestaron estar satisfechos de los
poblados típicos, folklor y fiestas tradicionales y 37.0% insatisfechos. Para establecer
la relación de los atractivos turísticos y el nivel de satisfacción del turista se
sometieron estos resultados a la prueba de Chi cuadradaX2 determinando, que existe
relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables: atractivos históricos de
arquitectura, monumentales y el nivel de satisfacción del turista, dondeX2
c =
66.232;poblado típico, folklor, fiestas tradicionales y el nivel de satisfacción del
turista, donde X2
c = 17.250. Conclusión: La satisfacción de los visitantes a la ciudad
de Iquitos, está en función tanto de sus expectativas como de la valoración que haga
del producto – destino una vez que ha consumido o recibido el servicio.

The results were: 74.4% tourists visited attractions architectures, typical villages 61.0%, 33.0% witnessed folklore, visited the monumental 25.6% and 6.0% witnessed traditional festivals. 73.8% were satisfied and monumental architecture, and 26.2% dissatisfied; and 63.0% were satisfied with the typical villages, folklore and traditional festivals and 37.0% dissatisfied. To establish the relationship attractions and tourist satisfaction level of these findings were submitted to the chi-square test X 2 determining that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables: historical attractions of architecture, monumental and tourist satisfaction level where X2 c = 66,232; typical village, folklore, traditional festivals and tourist satisfaction level where X2 c = 17,250. Conclusion: The satisfaction of visitors to the city of Iquitos is a function of both your expectations and the assessment made of the product - destination once consumed or received service.
