Abstract

Taking into account these epidemiological factors, the present study was conducted of the effectiveness of albendazole in the treatment of ascariasis in children aged 2 to 4 years old at the health Center Moronacocha the years 2007, 2008 and 2009, carried out by quantitative; designs no experimental, longitudinal, descriptive - comparative - retrospective. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of albendazole in 89.6% of the sample.
