Abstract
La alimentación interviene de manera decisiva e importante durante el desarrollo de niños y niñas. En Loreto según la encuesta de ENDES en I semestre 2018 en la escala del estándar de la OMS está en el tercer lugar entre los que presentan un alto porcentaje en desnutrición crónica. Por tal motivo el objetivo del presente trabajo es Mostrar propuestas tecnológicas con diseño y formulación de dietas alimenticias para la erradicación de la desnutrición crónica en la región. Usando un sistema de experto para el desarrollo de recetas nutricionales adicionalmente a este sistema se ha desarrollado un aplicativo informático denominado "La Mejor Receta Loreto” de alimentos económicos y nutritivos el cual tiene como objetivo brindar información referente a los alimentos que aportan mayor cantidad de nutrientes según su precio de venta en el mercado local y que permita orientar al público en la selección de alimentos nutritivo. Para dar a conocer a los padres los beneficios de una correcta alimentación de la orientación de un profesional capacitado.
The feeding intervenes in a decisive and important way during the development of boys and girls. Using an expert system for the development of nutritional recipes, in addition to this system, a computer application called "The Best Loreto Recipe” for Economic and Nutritious Foods" has been developed, which aims to provide information regarding the foods that provide the greatest amount of nutrients according to the its sale price in the local market and that allows to guide the public in the selection of nutritious food To make known to the parents the benefits of a correct nutrition of the guidance of a trained professional.
