Psicomotricidad e iniciación a la escritura en niños de cinco años de tres instituciones educativas del distrito de Indiana región Loreto 2024

Abstract

The general objective of the study was to relate psychomotor skills with the initiation of reading in five-year-old children from three educational institutions in the district of Indiana, Loreto 2024 Region. In the methodology, the type of research was descriptive - quantitative and with a correlational with a transversal approach, with a population of 135 and a sample of 95 five-year-old children, two observation sheets were used to collect data, one for each variable. Taking as a general result of the variables Psychomotor and Initiation to writing of the total number of children from the 3 educational institutions, 83.2% of them are at the Very good level of Psychomotor and at the level Expected achievement of Initiation to writing. Likewise, of the children evaluated, 8.4% are at the Very Good level of Psychomotor Skills and at the Outstanding Achievement level of the Initiation to Writing variable. 3.2% of the students are at the Very Good level of Psychomotor Skills and at the Initiation to Reading level. It is concluded by indicating the existence of a relationship between psychomotor skills and the initiation of writing in 5-year-old children. Since Spearman's correlation coefficient is 0.317, we have a low positive relationship between psychomotor skills and the initiation of writing in 5-year-old children.

El estudio tuvo como objetivo general, relacionar la psicomotricidad y la iniciación de la lectura en niños de cinco años de tres instituciones educativas del distrito de Indiana, Región Loreto 2024. Se empleó una investigación de tipo descriptivo y cuantitativo, con un diseño correlacional y un enfoque transversal, a partir de una población de 135 y una muestra de 95 niños de cinco años, para el recojo de datos se utilizó dos fichas de observación, uno para cada variable. Teniendo como resultado general de las variables Psicomotricidad e Iniciación a la escritura del total de niños de las 3 instituciones educativas, un 83,2% de ello se encuentra en el nivel Muy bueno de Psicomotricidad y en el nivel Logro esperado de Iniciación a la escritura. Así mismo de los niños evaluados, un 8,4% se encuentra en el nivel Muy bueno de Psicomotricidad y en el nivel Logro destacado de la variable Iniciación a la escritura. El 3,2% de los estudiantes se encuentra en el nivel Muy bueno de Psicomotricidad y en el nivel En proceso de Iniciación a la lectura. Se concluye indicando la existencia de relación entre la psicomotricidad con la iniciación a la escritura en niños de 5 años. Como el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman es 0.317 tenemos una relación positiva baja entre la psicomotricidad con la iniciación de la escritura en niños de 5 años.
