Gestión institucional y su relación con la inversión pública en la gerencia regional de educación Loreto, 2023

Abstract

This study was undertaken with the objective of examining the connection between institutional management and its association with public investment in the LORETO Regional Education Management in 2023. The research employed a cross-sectional, non-experimental, descriptive design with a correlational approach, emphasizing quantitative methods. The study population consisted of 40 employees of the Loreto Regional Education Management who are responsible for accountability. The survey and questionnaire were employed as research instruments to gauge the extent of variables and their various aspects. Analyzing the data involved utilizing descriptive statistics to ascertain the levels of each variable. Furthermore, inferential statistics were applied to reveal the limited significance attributed to internal control. With the assistance of Pearson's test, it was determined that the significance level was (p=0.001) ≤ 0.05, thereby rejecting the null hypothesis and supporting the research hypotheses. Consequently, it can be concluded that there exists a notably weak positive correlation between the variables.

El propósito principal de este trabajo fue investigar y definir la conexión entre GESTIÓN INSTITUCIONAL Y SU RELACIÓN CON LA INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA EN LA GERENCIA REGIONAL DE EDUCACIÓN LORETO, 2023. El estudio se llevó a cabo siguiendo un diseño descriptivo de tipo transversal no experimental, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un nivel correlacional. La población bajo estudio consistió en 40 empleados de la Gerencia Regional de Educación Loreto, quienes estaban sujetos a la obligación de rendir cuentas. Para recopilar datos, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumentos, los cuales posibilitaron la medición de la magnitud de las variables y sus diferentes facetas. Los datos fueron procesados utilizando estadísticas descriptivas, lo que permitió determinar los niveles de cada variable. Luego, se aplicaron estadísticas inferenciales que revelaron la escasa importancia otorgada al control interno. Esto se confirmó mediante la prueba de Pearson, que arrojó un nivel de significancia de (p=0.001) ≤ 0.05, lo que refutó la hipótesis nula y respaldó la hipótesis de investigación. En resumen, se concluyó que existe una correlación positiva muy débil entre las variables.
