La cultura tributaria y su relación con el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias del personal médico del Hospital Regional de Loreto, segundo semestre 2019

Abstract

The present research work called "The Tax Culture and its relationship with the fulfillment of tax obligations of the Medical Staff of the Regional Hospital of Loreto, period 2019" was carried out with the objective of determining what is the relationship that exists between the tax culture and the compliance with tax obligations of the medical staff of the Regional Hospital of Loreto, period 2019, there was a population sample of 39 medical workers, the work is of a quantitative type of Non-Experimental design, for the collection of information the technique of the survey and the information collection instrument applied was the questionnaire, the data obtained and processed allowed to demonstrate that the medical staff of the Regional Hospital of Loreto, period 2019, have a high level of knowledge about compliance with tax obligations and have a high level of level of tax culture so there is a high level of reliance relationship between tax culture and compliance with tax obligations.El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “La Cultura Tributaria y su Relación con el Cumplimiento de Obligaciones Tributarias del Personal Médico del Hospital Regional de Loreto, período 2019” se realizó con el objetivo de determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre la Cultura Tributaria y el Cumplimiento de las Obligaciones Tributarias del Personal Médico del Hospital Regional de Loreto, período 2019, se contó con una muestra poblacional de 39 trabajadores médicos, el trabajo es de Tipo Cuantitativo de diseño No Experimental, para la recolección de información se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de información aplicado fue el cuestionario, los datos obtenidos y procesados permitieron demostrar que el personal médico del Hospital Regional de Loreto, periodo 2019, tienen un alto nivel de conocimientos sobre el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y tienen alto el nivel de cultura tributaria por lo que hay un nivel alto de relación entre la cultura tributaria y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias.
