Consumo de bebidas alcohólicas y su relación con el rendimiento físico y técnico: estudio de casos en futbolistas del club deportivo UNAP, Iquitos 2026

Abstract

The consumption of alcoholic beverages affects individuals who engage in any physical activity, and even more so those who practice a sport, as is the case for the soccer players of Club Deportivo UNAP Iquitos 2026. The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the consumption of alcoholic beverages and the physical-technical performance of soccer players from Club Deportivo UNAP Iquitos 2026, through a quantitative, correlational, and cross sectional study. The population was census-type, consisting of 23 players, and the tools used included a questionnaire, an evaluation sheet, and a soccer physical performance test. The results indicate that the consumption of alcoholic beverages leads to low physical-technical performance among UNAP players. It is concluded that there is a strong negative correlation between the consumption of alcoholic beverages and physical-technical performance in soccer players of Club Deportivo UNAP; with $p = 0.000 < 0.05$, indicating a significant correlation.

El consumo de bebidas alcohólicas afecta a las personas que realizan cualquier actividad física, con mayor razón a los que practican algún deporte, como en este caso a los jugadores de fútbol del Club Deportivo UNAP. En el estudio se trabajó como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas y el rendimiento físico - técnico de los jugadores de fútbol del Club Deportivo UNAP Iquitos 2026 a través de un estudio cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal; con una población tipo censal de 23 jugadores; utilizando un cuestionario, una ficha de evaluación y prueba de rendimiento físico en el fútbol. En el resultado se indica que el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas genera bajo rendimiento físico – técnico de los jugadores de la UNAP Iquitos 2026; se concluye indicando que existe correlación negativa fuerte entre el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas con el rendimiento físico - técnico en los jugadores de fútbol del Club Deportivo UNAP Iquitos 2026; con un p = 0.000 < 0.05, indica una correlación significativa.
