Motivación y productividad laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén 2025

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine how motivation is related to labour productivity in the District Municipality of Belén 2025. Opting for a basic study, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design, the sample consisted of 50 workers for the survey conducted with two questionnaires for data collection. The findings show that Motivation was rated as good by 46.0%. The labour productivity variable is also rated as good by 50.0%; it is also determined that there is a direct relationship between the variables with a coefficient of p=0.000 and rh=0.690. Likewise, the needs dimension presents a coefficient and significance of rh=0.519 and p=0.000; in the same way, the expectation dimension shows a coefficient and significance of rh=0.628 and p=0.000; and finally, the esteem needs dimension shows a coefficient and significance of rh=0.793 and p=0.000; these dimensions are directly related to labour productivity.

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito determinar cómo se relacionan la motivación con la productividad laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de Belén 2025. Optando por un estudio de tipo básico, con enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental, la muestra estuvo conformada por 50 trabajadores para la realización de la encuesta conducida de dos cuestionarios para el recojo de datos. Los hallazgos demuestran que, la Motivación fue calificada como buena por el 46,0%. Sobre la variable Productividad laboral, también es calificada como bueno por el 50,0%; asimismo, se determina, que entre las variables existe una relación directa por un coeficiente de p=0,000 y rh=0,690. Asimismo, la dimensión necesidades presenta un coeficiente y significancia de rh=0,519 y p=0,000; del mismo modo, la dimensión expectativa muestra un coeficiente y significancia de rh=0,628 y p=0,000; y por último la dimensión necesidades de estima enseña un coeficiente y significancia de rh=0,793 y p=0,000; dichas dimensiones se relacionan directamente con la productividad laboral.
