Cultura organizacional y el compromiso laboral de los trabajadores del Hospital Regional de Loreto área de administración Iquitos 2025

Abstract

The determination of the relationship between organizational culture and employee commitment among the workers of the Regional Hospital of Loreto, administration area, in Iquitos, 2025, was the primary research objective. A quantitative approach was employed, with a design that avoids experimental methods and is descriptively correlational and cross-sectional. The objective sample was surveyed to obtain a Spearman's Rho of 0.930**, supported by a p=0.000**. These findings validate the hypothesis that a strong organizational culture directly influences employee commitment. It is concluded that strengthening organizational culture in the hospital can significantly improve the level of employee commitment, which, in turn, would optimize performance and worker satisfaction. This study underscores the importance of managing and promoting a positive organizational culture to enhance productivity and well-being in the hospital environment.

La determinación de relación entre la cultura organizacional y el compromiso laboral de los trabajadores del Hospital Regional de Loreto, área de administración, en Iquitos, 2025, fue el objetivo primordial investigativo, empleándose cuantitativo enfoque, de diseño que evita lo experimental y es descriptivamente correlativo y transversal. Se encuestó a la muestra objetiva, para la obtención del Rho de Spearman=0,930**, respaldad por un p=0.000**. Estos hallazgos validan la hipótesis de que una cultura organizacional sólida influye directamente en el compromiso laboral de los empleados. Se concluye que fortalecer la cultura organizacional en el hospital puede mejorar significativamente el nivel de compromiso laboral, lo que, a su vez, optimizaría el desempeño y la satisfacción de los trabajadores. Este estudio subraya la importancia de gestionar y promover una cultura organizacional positiva para mejorar la productividad y el bienestar en el entorno hospitalario.
