Abstract

The study evaluated the influence of school coexistence on learning management at Educational Institution 317 Las Colinas San Juan 2025". This is an explanatory study, with a correlational design, with a sample of 33 workers. (teachers and administrators). The findings indicate that the perception of the staff regarding healthy behavior in the Institution and social and educational development, both indicate that 27.3% considered that it is always fulfilled, 36.4% perceived constant social relationships, 30.3% considered that the favorable climate for educational development is also always. Investigación de tipo explicativa, de diseño correlacional, con una muestra de 33 trabajadores. (docentes y administrativos). Los hallazgos indican que La percepción del personal respecto al comportamiento saludable en la Institución y el desarrollo social y educativo, ambos indican que el 27,3% consideró que se cumple siempre, el 36,4% percibió relaciones sociales constantes, el 30,3% consideró que el clima favorable al desarrollo educativo también es siempre. Se concluyó que La convivencia escolar si influyó en la gestión del aprendizaje en la Institución Educativa 317 las Colinas San Juan 2025 (p=0,000)
