Efecto de la implementación de un sistema informático de trámite documentario en el control y seguimiento de expedientes y documentos en el Cuartel General de la V División del Ejército del Perú

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer el Desarrollo de un Sistema informático de Trámite Documentario y su efecto en un adecuado registro, control, seguimiento a los diferentes documentos registrados, emitidos o derivados a las diversas oficinas, departamentos o áreas del Cuartel General de la V División del Ejército. La investigación pertenece al tipo tecnológica y su diseño fue el cuasi experimental, la población estuvo conformada por 10 empleados del Cuartel General de la V División del Ejército y la muestra estuvo representada por el 100% de la población; se empleó en la recolección de datos la encuesta y de instrumento el cuestionario. El análisis e interpretación de la información se efectuó utilizando la estadística descriptiva univariable: media y desviación típica y la estadística T student; para contrastar la hipótesis de investigación por lo que concluimos, El desarrollo e implementación de un sistema informático de trámite documentario disminuirá el tiempo de registro y consultas de expedientes y documentos de esa manera mejorará el control y seguimiento de los trámites en el Cuartel General de la V División del Ejército del Perú, 2016.The objective of the investigation was to establish the development of a computerized document processing system and its effect on an adequate register, control, monitoring of different documents, issuers of offices, departments and areas of Division Headquarters V of the army The research belongs to the technical type and its design was quasi experimental, the population was formed by 10 employees of the General Headquarters of the V Division of the Army and the symbol was represented by 100% of the population; The survey was used in the data collection and the instrument was the questionnaire.
