El número de micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas formales y el empleo en el Perú periodo 2019 – 2023

Abstract

The contribution of the entrepreneurial sector to the economy of the country is fundamental in several areas, which highlights the contribution to the economy and the labor market, due to the promotion of self-employment. With the purpose of identifying the association between employment and the corporate mass of small companies, a doctorate gift was carried out, of a quantitative – correlational type. The statistical treatment of the results is based on the following conclusions: employment is not associated with the number of small companies that have been operating in the country during the five-year period 2019 – 2023, as severe as the Correlation Coefficient r = 0.692485447 and the Coefficient of Determination R2 = 0.479536095; Both values do not reach the minimum established for a good association and determination, which means that the general hypothesis is rejected. The employment provided by small companies is the main characteristic that workers occupy in the informal sector, with 80.57% working there. It is necessary to highlight that informality in Peru has reached very high levels that can be fought immediately. The economic activity that agglomerates to small businesses is Commerce, which is why they are concentrated at 44.80% of the total number of businesses. Finally, Microenterprise has become the main business class, classified by size, equal to 74.44%.

La contribución del sector emprendedor a la economía del país es fundamental en diversas aristas, donde destacan el aporte a la economía y al mercado laboral, debido a la promoción del autoempleo. Con el propósito de identificar la asociación entre el empleo y la masa empresarial de pequeñas empresas, se ejecutó la presente de doctorado, de tipo cuantitativa – correlacional. El tratamiento estadístico de los resultados hizo que se devenga en las conclusiones siguientes: el empleo no está asociado a la cantidad de pequeñas empresas que venían funcionando en el país durante el quinquenio 2019 – 2023, aseveración que tiene como asidero el Coeficiente de Correlación r = 0.692485447 y el Coeficiente de Determinación R2 = 0.479536095; ambos valores no alcanzan los mínimos establecidos para una buena asociación y determinación, lo que hace que se rechace la hipótesis general. El empleo propiciado por las pequeñas empresas tiene como característica principal que ocupan a los trabajadores en el sector informal, pues el 80.57% se desempeñó en él. Es necesario poner en evidencia que la informalidad en el Perú ha alcanzado niveles muy altos que resulta combatir de manera inmediata. La actividad económica que aglomera a los pequeños negocios es Comercio, pues en ella se encuentran concentradas el 44.80% del total de emprendimientos. Por último, la Microempresa se ha convertido en la principal clase de negocio, clasificado por el tamaño, igual al 74.44%.
