Abstract

The study was geographically limited to the evaluation forest managed by the San Antonio community, encompassing the district jurisdictions of Belén and Fernando Lores, within the Department of Loreto, Peru. Exhaustive sampling resulted in the identification of a total of 129 tree individuals, corresponding to eight (08) commercially valuable forest species distributed across seven (07) botanical families. Asymmetrical taxonomic heterogeneity was observed, with the Myristicaceae family exhibiting the highest species richness (two species), followed by Lecythidaceae, Combretaceae, Moraceae, Lauraceae, Vochysiaceae, and Calophyllaceae, each with a single species representation. In the IVI, the results indicate that Peltogyne altissima (Violeta, 51.80%), Terminalia amazonia (Yacushapana, 49,61%), and Cariniana estrellensis (Papelillo, 46,66%) are the structurally dominant species, concentrating 148,07% of the total participation in the forest structure. Likewise, Tachigali schultesiana (Lagarto Caspi) exhibits a marginal structural participation in the ecosystem, reporting an IVI below the 26% threshold (25,50%). The comparator value p= 0,269 was found to be less than the significance level α= 0,05.

El trabajo se circunscribió geográficamente al bosque de evaluación gestionado por la comunidad de San Antonio, abarcando las jurisdicciones distritales de Belén y Fernando Lores, dentro del Departamento de Loreto, Perú. El muestreo exhaustivo resultó en la identificación de un total de 129 individuos arbóreos, correspondientes a ocho (08) especies forestales con valor comercial distribuidas en siete (07) familias botánicas. Se constató una heterogeneidad taxonómica asimétrica, donde la familia Myristicaceae exhibió la máxima riqueza específica (dos especies), seguida de Lecythidaceae, Combretaceae, Moraceae, Lauraceae, Vochysiaceae y Calophyllaceae, cada una con una representación monoespecífica. En el IVI los resultados indican que Peltogyne altíssima (Violeta, 51,80\%), Terminalia amazonia (Yacushapana, 49,61\%) y Cariniana estrellensis (Papelillo, 46,66\%) son las especies estructuralmente dominantes, concentrando el 148,07\% del total de la participación en la estructura forestal. Asimismo, se observa que Tachigali schultesiana (Lagarto Caspi) presenta una participación estructural marginal en el ecosistema, al reportar un IVI inferior al umbral del 26\% (25,50\%). Se encontró que el valor del comparador p= 0,269 menor al nivel de significancia α= 0,05.
